ERIELL Well Solutions carries out a range of works on the territory of Karauzyak district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The total area of work is 8.6 km², located within the Tebinbulak field of titanomagnetite ores and is located in the contour of the mining allotment.
The main objective of the geological exploration work carried out by ERIELL Well Solutions is to obtain information for recalculating the reserves of titanomagnetite ores and sample preparation of geological samples in order to determine the content of useful components in the samples.
Complex of works performed:
✔️ drilling with continuous core sampling;
✔️ laying the core in core boxes with the marking of the necessary data;
✔️ core cutting;
✔️ drying samples;
✔️ crushing on a jaw crusher up to 2 mm;
✔️ grinding of a laboratory sample to 0.074 mm in a ring mill.
The significance of the ongoing research lies in the formation of a reliable universal geological base for predicting the magnitude and genesis of raw materials resources.
Based on the obtained data, areas of ore occurrences and deposits with estimated resources are evaluated. In the future, the main parameters of the quarry will be determined:
✔️ volume of rock mass within the boundaries of the mining allotment;
✔️GIS (inclinometry);
✔️ mineral reserves;
✔️ overburden volume;
✔️ the final depth of the quarry;
✔️ the dimensions of the quarry field at the level of the day surface and along the sole;
✔️ slope angles of the sides of the quarry in the final contours.
